At Hobby Packs LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with a fair, transparent, and professional shopping experience. The following policies apply to all purchases, trades, and transactions.

General Policies. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We strive to accurately describe and photograph every product. Customers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and images prior to purchase. Products are sold “as is,” and condition is based on our best assessment. Any noted flaws will be listed in the description or shown in photos.

Shipping. Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product volume, availability, holidays, or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once available. Hobby Packs LLC is not responsible for delays once an item has been transferred to the carrier. We currently do not ship internationally, but plan to in the future once costs are refined to ensure affordability for buyers. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all trades, buyouts, and sales of personal items to Hobby Packs LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Payments. Hobby Packs LLC accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments must clear before items are shipped.

Returns and Exchanges. Returns are only accepted if an item is significantly not as described or an incorrect product was sent. Customers must notify Hobby Packs LLC within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and details. Approved returns must be received in the same condition as delivered, with secure packaging and all original materials. Items altered, damaged after delivery, or switched will not be accepted. On a case by case basis, a restocking fee of 10% may apply to approved returns to cover handling, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Cancellations. Orders cannot be canceled once placed unless agreed upon by Hobby Packs LLC. Approved cancellations may have non-refundable fees (such as payment processor fees) deducted from the refund.

Restocking Fee Policy. Always on a case by case basis, Hobby Packs LLC reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% on returns or cancellations. This protects against scams, fraudulent claims, and unnecessary cancellations while covering costs associated with processing and restocking.

In-Person Purchases. Customers who purchase items in person may contact us for returns or exchanges by emailing hobbypackstcg@gmail.com or messaging us on Instagram. The subject line must clearly state the request in ALL CAPS, such as RETURN, EXCHANGE, or TRADE, to ensure timely handling. Requests will be reviewed individually and must follow the return policies above.

Trading. Hobby Packs LLC accepts trades for products purchased online or at trading shows we announce on our social platforms. We are open to pre-arranged deals and also buy collections and singles from customers. Trade-ins can be applied toward store credit or cashed out. The percentage offered will vary depending on the items, condition, and current market demand. All trades are subject to review and final approval, and Hobby Packs LLC reserves the right to pass on any items we do not wish to accept. Customers who wish to trade must contact us via email at hobbypackstcg@gmail.com or through our social platforms. Photos of all items proposed for trade are required. Each item must be clearly visible in the frame with no fuzziness or blurring. All photos must include a written timestamp showing the date and the customer’s email address or username if contacting via Instagram (example: for Instagram “12/31/25 – hobbypackstcg” for email "12/31/25 – hobbypacks@gmail.com).

Once a trade or buy valuation is agreed upon, Hobby Packs LLC will issue a promo code for the agreed-upon amount of store credit, or request the customer’s PayPal information to process a cash-out payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending trades, buyouts, or personal items to Hobby Packs LLC unless otherwise agreed upon. Hobby Packs LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or altered items during shipping, and customers are encouraged to ship securely, ensure contents are properly protected for transit and insure packages as needed until Hobby Packs LLC has received and verified the items.

Authenticity. Hobby Packs LLC does not sell counterfeit products. If you believe an item received is not authentic, verifiable proof from a recognized grading company or industry authority must be provided before any resolution is considered.

Final Note. These policies are designed to protect both Hobby Packs LLC and our customers. By purchasing, trading, or engaging with Hobby Packs LLC, you agree to these terms.
